Bespoke Engraved Laptop Bags for Annual Dinner in Singapore
This success case shows how a company in Singapore ordered bespoke engraved leather laptop bags for its annual dinner and VIP client gifts, then expanded the same design for teams in Vietnam and Malaysia. The project combined corporate branding, sample approval, bulk order planning and fast bulk delivery.
Client Background and Challenge
The client needed an annual dinner souvenir Singapore item that would impress staff and clients without exceeding its budget corporate gift range. The company wanted leather laptop bags in 13 and 15 inch sizes, with logo engraving, custom photo packaging and a delivery schedule covering Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia.
Solution: Custom Engraved Leather Laptop Bags
We proposed genuine leather and split leather options, more than 10 colours, and Personalised engraved names for senior staff. Sample available before bulk order allowed the client to check stitching, zipper and logo position. MOQ was set at minimum order 50pcs, with wholesale price and bulk discount for the full company order.
Production, Sample and Fast Bulk Delivery
Step 1: Client approved material, size, colour and engraved logo.
Step 2: Local factory produced a pre-production sample.
Step 3: Client confirmed sample and released bulk order.
Step 4: We arranged fast bulk delivery to Singapore, Vietnam and Malaysia.
The packaging included a small gift hamper insert for VIP clients, making each set feel like a premium corporate hamper.
Results and Repeat Order
The client distributed the laptop bags at its annual dinner and received strong feedback from staff and business partners. Six months later, the company placed a reorder corporate gift with new logo for a regional client event, proving the value of a durable and flexible corporate gift supplier relationship.
