Our customisation journey begins with selecting the perfect game set configuration – from the board design and component choices to the mooncake selection. We discuss your gifting objectives, brand values, and recipient profiles, exploring how to integrate your logo and messaging with the Moon Palace theme. We review bulk order quantities, budget parameters, and delivery timelines. Our team provides a preliminary corporate gift quotation to support your internal planning.
Our design team creates digital mockups of the game board, box, and mooncake packaging with your logo placement and any additional messaging. We offer multiple printing options – from full-colour digital printing to foil stamping for a premium finish. We provide revisions until the design perfectly matches your vision, ensuring that every element harmonises with the playful theme.
Our artisans produce a physical sample of the complete set – the game board with your branding, the components, the mooncake box, and the gift packaging. This sample available stage allows you to assess the print quality, material finish, and overall presentation. We welcome refinements and will adjust until the sample meets your exact standards. We test the board's durability and the game components' functionality.
Once the sample is approved, we initiate full-scale production with strict quality checks at each stage – from board printing and component assembly to mooncake packaging and gift box finishing. Our logistics team coordinates ast bulk delivery to your specified locations – whether a single headquarters or multiple regional offices across Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Indonesia, and beyond. We provide real-time tracking and proactive communication. For urgent orders, we offer fast delivery options. Our reorder corporate gift with new logo service ensures you can easily refresh for future seasons or events.
